Locate Lucky the Leprechaun Entry Form

This contest is open to ages 16 and older. One entry per photo/per person. 

Guesses will be accepted from 9 AM on Monday, March 1, 2021, through 8 PM on Friday, March 12, 2021. (Any submitted before or afterward will not be entered to win.)

The winner must be able to pick up their prize at the Andover Public Library in Andover, Ohio.

Where is Lucky? Enter your contact information on the form. Under each date, enter the name of the location you think Lucky is at on that day. You can revisit the form throughout the event, please only enter one answer under each date. Multiple answers for individual dates will not be accepted.
