By entering a bid for any item, you are committing to buy it at the price entered if you are the winning bidder. All sales are final, and items are sold “as is”. By accepting, redeeming, or using a prize, all participants, their successors and assigns, hereby release the Friends of the Andover Public Library and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, volunteers, officers, representatives directors and agents (collectively “Released Parties”), agree to indemnify the Released Parties and Donors and hold them harmless from any and all liability and damages, including consequential damages, whether arising from personal injury or otherwise, and resulting in whole or in part, or directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any p(click button again to close)rize or redeemed at this auction. Participants also acknowledge that auction items have been furnished through the generous contributions of donors and that the Released Parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, whether expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the prizes, including but not limited to, their quality, condition or fitness for any particular purpose or use.

How to bid:

Click on the item you are interested in. (Read the item description, some may include restrictions on redeeming the prize.)
If you find an item you want to bid on:
- Click “Bid Here.”
- Enter your full name, valid email address, phone number, and the amount of your bid. (All information must be entered, or your bid is invalid.)
- Click “Place Bid.”
  - Bids must be at least the minimum amount listed.
  - Bids must be placed in “dollar” increments (no change).
  - Bids can be placed in larger than $1.00 at a time, if desired.
- You will receive an email confirming your bid.

*If you are out-bid, you will receive an email to the address entered at time of bid. The email includes a link to bid again.

*Click “Watch” on items if you are not ready to bid. You will receive an email when someone bids on those items.
Bidding concludes at 7 PM on 12/11/2020. Winner will receive an email notification.

Winning baskets:
- Must be picked up at the Andover Public Library located at 142 W Main St, Andover, OH.
- Must be picked up during library hours – Monday through Friday 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Not picked up by 7 PM on 12/18/2020 will be forfeited to the next bidder.
Payment:
- methods: cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
- Must be made at the library when you pick up your basket.

Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Andover Public Library in Andover, Ohio.

If you win an item, we ask that you pay for and pick up your item(s) at the Andover Public Library within one week of the close of the auction. If the item(s) are not paid for and picked up by that time, the item(s) will go to the next highest bidder. We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
