Andover Public Library Summer Reading is here! Children's or Family Summer Reading Program Folders, for children 17 and under, may be acquired at the Library Circulation Desk. Registration (picking up Packets) runs May 31, June 1 and June 2. Packets include the Schedule of Events, how to get points to win prizes, a Reading Record and Worksheets. Packets are to be turned in on June 28. To see the many prizes for Library Children's Summer Reading, look in the display case across from the Circulation Desk. The theme is "Build a Better World Through Reading."
PV School is also providing children with Summer Reading Carnival activities. There are two packets from PV: one for 3d, 4th and 5th grades and one for Pre-K, K, 1st and 2nd grades. Children received these from school. Attending Library Summer Reading Events will give the child Carnival bucks to use when school starts again in the fall. The Summer Reading Carnival Bucks Savings Account Pages and reading log should be turned in at the school by Friday August 25.
Children and families are invited to get their Packets and to participate in all the Andover Public Library Programs and Events.
