The National Library Week 2018 celebration will mark the 60th anniversary of the first event in 1958. The Andover Public Library joins libraries in schools, campuses and communities nationwide in celebrating the many ways libraries are transforming their communites every day through the service and invaluable expertise they offer.

Libraries are often the heart of their communities, deeply committed to the places where their patrons live, work and study. The Andover Public Library serves the Pymatuning Valley School District by providing many services to the community. "The Library is  a place where the commmunity can come together to read, explore, discover, play and create " said director Nancy Logan. The Library offers access to a variety of print and digital resources, including e-books, online databases, movies, magazines, and audio books that can be accessed at the Library or online.

Andover Public Library is celebrating National Library Week by accepting FOOD FOR FINES on returned overdue library materials for the Pymatuning Valley Community Food Bank.  Book drawings will be held daily.  The movie, Wonder, will be shown at the library on Wednesday, Aprill 11 at 5 PM with free popcorn. On Thursday, April 12 at 4PM the library offers a tour of our MAKER SPACE AREA, by our technology trainer, Pete Hill. Pete will demonstrate the 3-D Printer , Dash the Robot, and  Ozobots that are easy to program. You can also make a paper circuit project  to take home with you.

Come on in and help us CELEBRATE!
