Tai Chi/Chi-gong classes will be held at the Andover Public Library beginning Thursday, October 6 from 5 to 6 pm. The session will run for five weeks, every Thursday, under the instruction of Delbert Piper, Sr. and the cost is $35 due at the beginning of the session.
Payments are to be made directly to the instructor with cash only. A signed waiver is required in order to participate.
Wear loose fitting clothing and flexible soled shoes.
Originally developed in China as a form of self-defense, Tai-Chi, a gentle flowing motion, can help reduce stress, improve balance, flexibility, strength, coordination and increase energy.
